Rider Reward Points are earned at a rate of one (1) point for each paid day of scooter and power wheelchair rentals only. Once fourteen (14) Rider Reward Points are acquired, a Bonus Day is earned and is available for use on a subsequent trip. Fourteen (14) Rider Reward Points are equal to one (1) Bonus Day. No Rider Reward Points are earned when a Bonus Day is utilized. Rider Reward Points and Bonus Days never expire and can be banked for future use. Rider Reward Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. MOBILITY ON WHEELS LLC reserves the right to discontinue Rider Reward Points and adjust Rider Reward Point balances due to computer or operator error, cancellations, refunds, or any other reason in its sole discretion. Rider Reward Points are currently available only when a scooter or power wheelchair is reserved directly through MOBILITY ON WHEELS LLC .
